Mumbai International Airport - Chhatrapati Shivaji

Mumbai, India

With almost 30 million passengers per year, the Chhatrapati Shivaji international airport in Mumbai is the second busiest airport in term of passenger traffic in South Asia. The airport, which had almost reached its saturation, is undergoing a massive scale renovation since 2006.

This includes the merging of the terminals 1 (Santa Cruz, for domestic flights) and the terminal 2 (Sahar for international flights) into one big terminal building.
