Especially in industrial areas or technical building equipment (TGA), it is often impossible to avoid the clash of the two factors electricity and humidity. In particular, the use of cleaning machines is a constant stress for cassette units located in the floor. They are continuously exposed to the weight of the machines, dirt particles and cleaning fluids. The new UEBD series product solutions from our manufacturing company PUK have been optimally designed to meet these challenges for recessed units in screed and cavity floors. Their design prevents the penetration of dirt and water and in this way protects the sensitive electronic installations, increasing their longevity at the same time.
All good things come in threes
As an addition to the existing underfloor portfolio, we offer you three new products at once: the UEBD R MR blind cassette unit, the UEBDM R MR tube ceiling unit, and theUET112-MR tube - a floor-projecting cable outlet that is screwed to the tube ceiling unit. Both machine cleaning units are round, levelable cassette types made of stainless steel sheet, which are installed positively in floor boxes, installation covers and double or cavity floor openings. Their combination of locking claws, which grip under the unit's frame, and waterproof rubber seals allows for a particularly high level of protection and is unique in the underfloor systems market. Both the cassette mounting frames, the tube outlet cassettes and the cleaning sockets of the UEBD range have been awarded the globally recognized VDE test seal. The Association of German Electrical, Electronic & Information Technologies thus confirms that the product solutions are state of the art and at the same time meet the highest European safety standards. As a result, we even exceed the requirements of the European standard "DIN EN 50085", which does not take into account double loading due to one-sided weight and pressurized water.
